Cancellation policy
We understand that life can throw unexpected curveballs. Small businesses are hit hard by last-minute cancellations and no-shows, so please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to rearrange. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may be charged 50–100% of the service booked.
Skin tests
Colour appointments need a skin test at least 48 hours beforehand if it’s your first colour with us, or your first in six months.
